My path into understanding people began early and was already well underway when I completed my degree in Psychology. At a young age, I knew there was more beneath the surface—more to understand about how we experience life, emotion, and meaning.
About twenty years ago, I found myself at a personal crossroads that invited me to go deeper. A simple but powerful question—Who am I, really?—sparked a renewed exploration that led me beyond traditional frameworks and into holistic and self-awareness practices that helped me understand myself and others in a more integrated way.
Everything truly came together when I discovered Human Design. It gave language to how I experience the world, why I feel so deeply, and how my energy naturally works. It felt like being handed an owner’s manual for myself, reshaping how I understood both my own path and the people around me.
At heart, I remain curious, observant, and deeply interested in how we come to understand ourselves more fully.
My path began with a degree in Psychology and has continued through years of study, exploration, and lived experience, with a particular curiosity about emotional patterns, self-awareness, and what helps us better understand ourselves and one another.
My formal training includes certification as a Quantum™ Human Design Specialist and Quantum™ Human Design Relationship Specialist, as well as completion of the Quantum™ Alignment Systems Certification. I have continued my Human Design studies beyond these certifications, exploring both its original teachings and more expansive, multidimensional approaches that continue to deepen—and sometimes challenge—my understanding.
My work is also informed by training and experience with Bach Flower Remedies, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/tapping), Story Lab, and other approaches I have encountered along the way.
These systems have given me language, structure, and different ways of seeing, but I don’t consider learning ever finished. I remain curious, willing to question what I know, and open to allowing my work to evolve as my understanding does.
