The work you will encounter here is steady, objective guidance you can turn to for solutions and approaches that work for you. It’s designed to help bring order to what feels overwhelming, ease inner and outer resistance, and add care where it’s needed, allowing you to feel clearer, more stable, and more supportive. This work supports meaningful growth, grounded in depth and focus, while remaining sensitive to what you truly need to flourish. Because everyone deserves that opportunity.
I have a natural ability to see connections, make sense of complexity, and bring clarity to things that can feel hard to put into words. I draw from what I’ve studied, what I’ve lived, and what I continue to explore, but I don’t believe any one system or framework holds the whole story of who we are.
My work is about getting curious together—looking at what is present, noticing what may have been overlooked, and opening the door to a deeper understanding of yourself and the way you move through your life. I bring experience, integrity, and a willingness to keep learning, while always honoring that you are the authority on your own experience.
I believe we are here to flourish and be supported.
This work is shaped by lived experience, self-awareness, patience, and ongoing learning. My mission is to recognize and honor your potential and support you in becoming more self-aware, so you can move forward with greater understanding and confidence.
Your experience here will be grounded in shared resources that empower and offer direction, guided by humility and grace. It’s carried out with care and intention—paying attention to what truly matters without adding unnecessary complexity. You’ll encounter a thoughtful, harmonious approach that honors presence and deeply considers your unique experience.
My work begins with curiosity about what is happening for you right now. Together, we look beneath the surface—at what feels difficult, what keeps repeating, what may be asking for your attention, and the strengths and possibilities that can be harder to see when you’re in the middle of it.
I bring different lenses into our conversation to help us notice connections and make sense of what we find, but there is no predetermined answer we are trying to reach. We explore, question, reflect, and allow understanding to emerge from what is actually present.
The intention is not to tell you who you are or how you should move through your life. It is to help you see yourself and your experience more clearly, so what you discover feels like something you recognize as your own.
Human Design is a rich system of self-exploration that draws from several traditions and frameworks, including the I Ching, the chakra system, Kabbalah, astrology, and concepts from modern science. Using your birth information, it creates a chart that offers one fascinating lens through which to explore how you experience yourself and the world around you.
I have studied Human Design deeply for years, and my relationship with it continues to evolve. I no longer see a chart as something that defines who you are or gives us a fixed set of answers. We are far more complex and multidimensional than any single chart or system can capture.
Instead, I use Human Design as a place of inquiry. It can give us language for patterns, sensitivities, strengths, relationships, pressures, and experiences that may already be present in your life. Sometimes something in the chart brings immediate recognition; other times it simply gives us a new question to explore.
For me, its value is not in telling you how you are “supposed” to live. It is in what it helps us notice, question, understand, and perhaps see differently. Your lived experience always matters more than a chart.
Complementary Modalities
My work is also informed by years of exploration and hands-on experience with approaches that support emotional awareness, reflection, and integration.
Bach Flower Remedies
A gentle system traditionally used to support emotional well-being and periods of change or transition.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT / Tapping)
A body-based practice that combines focused attention with tapping on acupressure points and can be used as a tool for working with emotional experiences and stress.
Story Lab
A reflective, narrative-based practice that uses story and lived experience to explore perspective, meaning, and the ways we understand where we have been and where we may be going.
I don’t use any of these modalities as a formula or a fix. They are different lenses and resources I can draw from as we explore what is present for you. Sometimes one becomes particularly useful; sometimes it stays completely in the background.
